About Me
I am a qualified Counsellor, Registered and Accredited with the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

I passed my level 4 diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Person-Centred) at the City lit Institute in London in January 2020.

I undertook my clinical placement at a large College of Higher and Further education in Essex, offering counselling to students. Here, I gained experience of working with a large variety of client issues and needs, such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, bereavement, trauma, autism, disabilities and complex mental health needs.

I gained my BACP Accreditation in 2023 and run a private practice from my home in Chingford, London.

Since 2015, I have also worked voluntarily for a leading, national young people's charity, offering helpline counselling, advice and safeguarding.

Counselling can help you to process difficult emotions and to gain a greater understanding of yourself and others. It may help you to become more empowered to make positive changes within your life and to also accept situations which cannot be changed.

I have a special interest in helping people with bereavement, relationship breakdown, illness, disability and other types of loss, to cope with trauma in their lives. We can look at ways to manage anxiety, depression, grief, anger, guilt and shame and to find new ways to cope with the traumatic things you are going through.

I welcome clients facing disability or illness and am happy to discuss any specific concerns about accessing counselling/the counselling process.

We often become 'stuck' in life, going around in circles. The future may feel scary and unpredictable in today's uncertain world. Whatever you are going through, you do not have to face it alone.
