Walk and Talk Therapy

'Walk and talk' therapy is outdoor 1:1 counselling for adults. One hour sessions, either weekly or fortnightly.

Daytimes only, all year round.

Sessions are in a local park or outdoor open space at a comfortable walking pace.

Wear suitable shoes and maybe bring an umbrella!

Clients with disabilities are welcome to discuss any individual requirements prior to the first session.

Especially suitable for clients who enjoy the outdoors and prefer a less formal setting.
