Walk and Talk Therapy
'Walk and talk' therapy is outdoor 1:1 counselling for adults. One hour sessions, normally weekly (helps you to get the best experience from your therapy).
Daytimes only, all year round.
​
Sessions are in a local park or outdoor open space at a comfortable walking pace.
Wear suitable shoes and maybe bring an umbrella!
​
Clients with disabilities are welcome to discuss any individual requirements prior to the first session.
​
Especially suitable for clients who enjoy the outdoors and prefer a less formal setting.
